On August 7 and 8, 2017, for multi-disc vacuum filter product purchase, we warmly welcomed an important guest from India in this fiery summer. This is the second time for him to visit our company to prepare for the second purchase of our multi-disc vacuum filter products. The five of our salesmen, managers and technicians accepted the old friend from afar.
During the visit, everything went smoothly owing to a reasonable schedule we had made beforehand. First, we each other happily introduced our own companies and had a good mutual understanding. And then we further confirmed the purpose of his visit. Next, we accompanied him to visit our factory and display relevant products such as rotary kiln, single screw pulp press, multi-disc vacuum pulp filter and so on. The technical parameters of the products were checked one by one through the careful and sincere discussion. Aiming to some questions about the products, the client had gotten the detailed explanations and answers. Finally, we both sides had achieved the satisfactory win-win result.
Last year the client had purchased a multi-disc vacuum filter used for pulp concentration. This time he wanted to purchase another type multi-disc vacuum filter for the same purpose. According to the feedback about the filter he bought last year, the machine has still been in a stable operation with good performance. So he decided to purchase one again. Meanwhile, he expressed that he would help promote and purchase our products actively at the local in the future. During the time of accompanying the client to visit the whole factory, we showed him the whole processes from production multi-disc pulp filters, multi-disc pulp filter preparation workshop, multi-disc pulp filter machining workshop, semi-finished product workshop to the assembly workshop. We gave him a detailed description of production capacity and technical advantages of our factory and answered all his problems in a professional and patient manner. Recently it was the time of the production peak and the factory is just producing various types of the multi-disc filters, so we observed the production process of the multi-disc filter vacuum filter together. He could see various types of products on the site and find the differences in comparison with each other in many aspects. He visited the factory seriously. For every detail he didn’t understand and every concern he cared, he had watched carefully and inquired us. Sticking to the principle of client first, we made detailed and careful answers. Our factory scale, the processing equipments, welding technology, technical standards, etc. had impressed him most and gained his high appreciation.
Of course, the client’s main purpose was to purchase our product of the multi-disc vacuum filter, so we focused on discussing the technical scheme. In the discussion process, we needed to confirm every technical parameter in the scheme with him. When the doubts came to us from him, our technical personnel always tried the best to make the in-depth answers on-site. For some complex technical parameters, our technical personnel explained them with the use of 3D technology and provided him with the dynamic display. The client thought that our design, technology and the R&D strength are so strong that he is willing to set up a long-term cooperation with us. Finally, we carried out a preliminary confirmation of the scheme. He decided to get back with some of our company's promotion video, product manuals, the purchased client list, PPT introduction and some equipment components and materials to help us make the promotion in the local market. We provided him happily.
By the end of the visit, we took photos with our old friend. Our customer also interested in our single screw pulp press and rotary kiln. He said he would continue to visit our company again and negotiate the business in the coming future. What the trust between us it is!
