Dissolving Pulp Project Video Conference
After a few days of careful preparation, on August 18, 2017, we have had the video conference with Russian clients on the dissolving pulp project successfully and discussed relevant technical problems and cooperation issues. On the conference, there are a total of 18 participants from both parties. Of them, seven persons are from Russian party, including the board chairman, senior engineer, project manager and the others. Eleven participants are from our party, including general manager, designer, senior engineer, marketing manager, etc. Through friendly communication, we have achieved satisfactory results.
A few days before the conference, both parties had made enough preparations for relevant technical problems and explanations in the field of the dissolving pulp project in order to solve each other’s concerns and reach a consensus. To make the conference more efficient, both parties had exchanged the information on the problems beforehand and expected to discuss these problems smoothly. On the day before the meeting, both parties had exchanged the detailed information on the participants, including their photos, positions, etc. so as to get a preliminary understanding of the participants. Both parties had paid great attention to the conference and made full preparations in advance.
During the conference, first, both parties introduced the companies and participants, project background, development prospects and main purpose of the conference, and then almost invariably expressed a strong willingness to cooperate with each other.
Secondly, both parties commonly agreed to make a clear scheme as the conference flow. The conference mainly went on around the discussion of technical problems sent to each other in advance. The problems were answered one by one.
Because the design and scheme are based on technical requirements and project recognition from Russian party, the problems our party proposed were discussed one by one at first. Russian clients gave us out detailed answers as possible as they could. For the problems they couldn’t answer immediately, they also provided us with a clear answer time. Next, it was our turn to answer the problems asked by Russian party. Our designers and senior engineers gave them the answers to the questions. We also provided them with a clear answer time for the problems we couldn’t give at once on site. Finally, both parties expressed their trusts on each other and the expectations and confidence of deep cooperation in the future.
Both Parties Have Reached A Preliminary Consensus About Dissolving Pulp Project
From the initial contact with the clients to now, a few months has gone. During this period, the communication is mainly to discuss some scattered technical problems. In order to discuss the dissolving pulp project and prompt the project cooperation, both parties launched the conference.
Through the conference, main technical problems were discussed in details. Both parties have reached a preliminary consensus, basically obtaining satisfactory results. The following main task is to prompt the cooperation based on the requirements of the clients and the discussion results combined with actual situations. We will do our best to serve them, providing a complete solution scheme to ensure the successful implementation of the dissolving pulp project as soon as possible.
